Amy has flipped well over 1,000 properties between Los Angeles and Colorado Springs. She has built multi-million dollar companies from ground up, taken existing companies from good to great ($13M to $77M per year and $47M to over $100M). She has a Business Management Degree and has focused her entire career on operations based on financials. She has been in the real estate industry for over two decades as an investor (primarily fixing and flipping foreclosures). She mostly works with Real Estate Investors, Agents, Brokerage Owners, Title Companies, and Lenders to maximize profit and results.
